HR Munyai Unpleasant Service !!! May I Please have a refund back!

I was assisted by Ambi , I sold the house and the was 30k that was kept aside by the attorney and promised me I will get the money back by January 2024. I called Ambi in January to remind him about the 30k refund ,he said they haven't forgotten the money will be payed they are working on it , he said it will be payed the same week I called him and that never happened , when I called him to find out what happened , he told me a story of a principal that arrived late at the offices blah blah blah but promised me the money will be the following day , the refund is still not payed onto my account even after i told him i need to register for my studies, i told him I need it urgently for my tuition fees ,he will promise to deposit the money and he won't I have been calling him so many times, I have his recordings where gave me date and time when the money will be deposited but he won't ,Ambi will give me a date and time when money will be deposited and he will not honor that promise! and now he doesn't answer my calls , I called using my other number , he answered and said the money will be payed same day at 16h00 , the money is still not payed I'm so disappointed I never expected this . And now I need to leave my work place and go find attorneys that will help and advise how I can send LOD to a law firm that's really not fair H R MUNYAI they based in Johannesburg Marble Towers
