Fantastic 1st class service.
Contacted Kate 7th October with my sorry story of my frustration….. I retired end November’20 and applied for unemployment in January ‘21. After numerous phone call and endless frustrations ……October 5th UIF emailed me advising me that I am not eligible as I answered the questions in the application incorrectly. I contacted Kate on Thursday 7th October. And gave her all my details. 11 th October I received a lump sum payment. Couldn’t believe how she was able to achieve this. First class service.

I dealt with Wilma for some months after my husband was retrenched. Being retrenched is the worst feeling, and then having to deal with people about your retrenchment can be worse. However, I can say with full confidence that HR LABOUR MANAGEMENT - Wilma has been great!!! She has assisted with every query and is always just a message away!
