Buying from Huawei online store is a disaster. They indicates estimated time is 3days when buying. 5days has passed!!! Still no delivery. Bought the package 10th. Was suppose to be delivered day 3. Day 4 they didn't deliver. I must now hope and see Monday. The 6th day. Poor first time service experience. Thus is my Last time buying from them. The online store also very confusing and limited. Poor advertising and less information. They location based stores discounts and gifts differ from online store. You pay more in stores and get less discount. It feels like you going to a brand name and find many other brand names in the store except the name of the store. Eish. Awful experience. Never again.

Big ****s and *****s who after a month still refuse to refund me my money after i cancelled the order. The twice has given me *****ulent transactions numbers saying that they have paid my refund but when i took that reference number to verify it with the bank they said that's a *****ulent transaction number. and Huawei doesn't even care about investigating the matter they just keep on saying they will send me a call.

In addition, I would appreciate some clarity on how the system allows the same IMEI number to be covered or billed more than once. I recently visited the Huawei Menlyn store for the first time, and I must say, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady named Mpho (I hope I got her name right). She assisted me to the best of her ability and truly made an effort to understand my needs. I really appreciated her dedication, willingness to help, and positive attitude. Big up to her for such excellent customer service! She then referred me to Ausi Tsholofelo, who was incredibly patient, professional, and quick to understand exactly what my query was about. She handled everything efficiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, she deserves a raise for the exceptional service she provides! Overall, my experience at the Huawei Menlyn store was exceptional, especially considering it was my first time visiting. The team’s professionalism and customer care truly stood out. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this store to others. Thank you for the amazing service!

I have a laptop a D14 that I bought in September 2023, my warrantee was for 24 months only. The warrantee has expired in September 2025. The laptop stood still, it is not working anymore. I am very disappointed in the brand. How is it that a laptop can just stand still just after I've had it for 2 years.

I ordered a Watch 6 GT on the 4th February (9 days ago / 7 working days ago) They still haven’t delivered. They then proceeded to promise me a R600 voucher for the inconvenience, but then nothing after that as they keep promising that they’ll call. I then wanted to cancel my order after 8 days they said someone will be in contact , to this day I still haven’t gotten the watch.
