I contacted Voltex and Hubble warranty process was started, it was over the holiday season and this is what impresses me about the business, battery was collected for assessment, I was send the repaired unit, a detailed defect report. I can recommend Hubble, true to their word and their warranty. You as consumer just follow the rules
