I submitted my laptop after a coffee spill and was informed it would not turn on and that nothing could be done. However, when the device was returned to me, several *****s were missing, the bottom panel was dented, and it was in noticeably worse condition than when I handed it in. Despite being told the laptop was beyond repair, it powered on when I tested it at home. The issue was simply faulty RAM — something that should have been identified during a basic assessment. This experience raises serious concerns about the quality of the inspection and the handling of customer devices. My rating reflects the lack of care, inaccurate diagnosis, and the additional damage caused while the laptop was in their possession.

I was so Impressed with the service at HUGE PC in Centurion, when I handed in a Laptop where fluid was spilled on the keyboard and the screen did not light up any more. I handed in another Laptop some hours later where the screen had black lines across it and a big black dot. Both Laptops were repaired within hours and I got them back the same day in perfect working order. HUGE thank you to Leandro Jorge and his technical team for excellent service

My husband's laptop had an existential crisis and decided that it no longer likes his current password unless he waits two hours for the password to reset. Walked in and booked it with one of the technicians. ***o explained it will take 3 working days to send us a quote, and then laptop was fixed the next day. It is in perfect working condition and they said they can even have a look at my other ancient laptops.

1. Laptop won't charge. Got quoted on DC Jack to be replaced. Buy new laptop instead because of 6 weeks time frame. 2. Decided to get old laptop fixed for backup. Suddenly nothing wrong with DC Jack now it only require new charger. 3. Bought charger but suddenly can't type on laptop or log into internet. 4. Boss laptop sent for repairs. 5. Get laptop back but still same issues. End up having to buy a new demo laptop. 6. Demo laptop broken after a week.

I decided to contact Huge PC directly after having a very frustrating experience with a 3rd party online retailer. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this in my life - Rita from Huge PC was on the case 24/7, even though it was days before Christmas, and scheduled overnight collection/delivery between PTA to CPT to ensure that the correct laptop was delivered to my door. I felt that I was the highest priority on her list at all times, and I will most likely deal with Huge PC directly for all my computer needs in the future. Highly recommended!!

I decided to contact Huge PC directly after having a very frustrating experience with a 3rd party online retailer. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this in my life - Rita from Huge PC was on the case 24/7, even though it was days before Christmas, and scheduled overnight collection/delivery between PTA to CPT to ensure that the correct laptop was delivered to my door. I took my laptop while it's working to huge pc for maintenance - battery was lasting only 2 -3 workers wanted tobe tested , - memory stick was working but sometimes take time to read - brought memory stick with Office software to be replaced. - I even asked for any maintenance that's is needed. After collecting the laptop nothing of the above was done and my data was gone .thats why I returned for the 2nd time. Process failure : Please note what you did now regarding the feedback before starting on machine was supposed in the 1st instances and tell me everything that is damaged and how much it will cost me.to replace do I can give you a go ahead. I brought a laptop and it spends almost 2 weeks because of holidays as well with you guys and I keep phoning to check and was told that no technician to work on it . I asked if I can come and make copy of a file (folder) that I need to work , which you agreed and I came and copy that one folder I wanted. Everything in my laptop was still there and again the battery was still working fine ...didn't even use a battery that day .... NB: if the laptop had no data on it why did I came to make a copy of the file I wanted.i have 2 external harddrive if I wanted all information I would have copied everything. Process : After few days I copied my folder and phone and was told the computer is ready " to my surprise no one phone or give me the quotation before they started working on my machine" .as per your process .there is even a note talking about getting a quote before repairs. The quote was sent while I was in the shop and repairs was already done without being consulted ......or given a quote as per requirements . I decided to take the laptop and when I checked I open it I realised all my data is gone and no office was loaded as per my instructions. When I brought back the laptop that lady assisted ....was so rude to me and from the onset she was protecting the guy who work on the machine ......she told me that the guy told him before working on machine that there is no data but no one phone to confirm that .... I assume the guy made a mistake of formatting my laptop without copying my data first as a backup and he is trying to justify that there was no information.Howcome ... please explain ??? How can I bring a laptop with no data but I manage to come and copy files from it ." On battery issue , don't tell me it's fixed at your costs ......my battery was working fine but when it came back it was not Keep the power for Even a minute.its your fault .......I can take it as a gesture...... NB : there are family files , my wife company documents files, My investment company files and my Unisa school documents which I am going to write exams now May/June 2022 . Currently I don't believe what you are saying that you can't get my data ......send me report from a reputable data recovery specialist to confirm it ......and give the contact details so I can speak to them as well. What do expect from me to accept and come and take hardware that is empty while I brought it with data be fair on me please ? Where is customer services with this? May you please correct this and advise on the way forward before Friday 13 May 2022 as I wanted to use school information. To confirm that wheni close the laptop everything was still there ....please get camera footage and check the day I came to confirm my facts . .
