I had an excellent experience with HugePC! I purchased a monitor and was assisted by their sales rep, Kyarah van Vught, who truly went above and beyond to help me. She not only helped me get a great deal but also arranged for next-day delivery. The service was efficient, professional, and genuinely impressive. Highly recommended!

1. Laptop won't charge. Got quoted on DC Jack to be replaced. Buy new laptop instead because of 6 weeks time frame. 2. Decided to get laptop fixed for backup. Nothing wrong with DC Jack. Only charger. 3. Buy charger but suddenly can't type on laptop or log into internet. 4. Boss laptop sent for repairs. 5. Get laptop back but still same issues. End up buying a new laptop. Looks like a trend. Are you actually being honest about what is wrong? Rather take our laptops to the corner shop. Trust them much more.

Great experience with their website and fast delivery. Much faster than I expected. I was constantly kept up to date on the status of my order. I was never left wondering what is going on

Really good place to take your pc/laptop for repairs or service. They are very friendly, helpful, and provide you with all the detail about your device that you need. They took a day or two longer for me but they went the extra mile to make sure they done the best they could on my laptop, they also have a diverse range of electronic components which is sometimes hard to find elsewhere. 10/10 great company! Shout-out to your repairs team and the lady who assisted me at the desk!

Ordered in-stock SSD on the morning of the 16/2/2024. No feedback or response on 19/2/2024r even after contacting HugePC via Instant messaging and by telephone. Service leaves much to be desired.

Took my laptop to Huge PC Computer Distributors in Centurion to be fixed. The quote was just a little over R6000.00. You have to pay the full amount up front before they will fix your device and then it takes 4 to 6 weeks before you get it back. Went to the bank to draw the cash and went to pay. Asked if I could get any discount. Lol. Comoany policy---NO!!!! DISCOUNT FOR CASH. Could anyone recommend an ethical computer company in Pretoria should I need to take my laptop in for servicing or repairs in the future

Had a hard drive failure. Initial quotation for data recovery was R 1000. I could not afford it at the time and took it back to them a few months later after saving. New quotation was for R 5000 to R 7000 for data recovery on exactly the same hard drive. I told them that I would not be going forward due to the price. They then proceeded to send my hard drive to the recycling warehouse without informing me. I have thus lost the chance to ever regain valuable information and photos! They also replaced a laptop screen for me which gave the same issue 5 months later - they then proceeded to say that a different part of the screen (cable) resulted in exactly the same issue as previously experienced. They were thus not willing to repay or admit mistakes. They also charged a very high price for the cable and thus I rejected the quote and got my laptop back with screen still not working.
