Sour g****s by the owners MJ and Nadia Zietsman. On joining the branch in Ballito my letter of employment was never given to me to sign. MJ signed the document which was never given to me or shown to me by him. On receiving a sole mandate from a farmer the other company agent that wanted to learn about farm sales completed the mandate on my behalf added her name to the mandate (without me knowing) which meant if the property was sold by me we had to share commission. I discussed this with our principal MJ and requested same to be corrected MJ did not want to assist in this matter. before joining the Ballito branch i met one of Hiuzemark agents and we agreed that i have farms for sale and would introduce her to a few og the farms however if she sold any of the farms we would split her commission 50/50 my portion would go through my wife business which is a registered CC. I got her a seller and a buyer on a farm (so i am the cause of the sale) This agent with the convancy lawyers changed the original OTP twice without my knowledge or informing me about the changes. The original OTP i initialed each page and signed as witness. On the OTP that was eventually accepted by both parties the Agent i was dealing with on the sale said on the OTP that she was the only agent entitled to commission This to me is gross misconduct on all the parties concerned Huizemark principal the Agent and the convancy attorney. ON the farm being transferred and registered to the the new owner the Huizemark principal is now withholding our part of the commission earned two hundred and forty eight thousand rand plus fifteen percent Vat. the principal earned for hundred and ninety six thousand rand on the sale. we are very disappointed with this branch of Huizemark and how they do business in the Ballito area. The principal excuse for not paying over the commission is that the CC member does not have an NQ5 Five qualification however the original OTP was signed before this new law came into place in July 2024. It is now costing us to go through lawyers to resolve this matter.
