Hello,I need help.Human8 square invited me to do a study about KAYA FM and they promised that they will pay R500 for doing that study but when it time to pay they come up with different stories busy telling me that I didn't finish all the activities that I was supposed to finish and I ask them who's fault is that because I finished all the activities that I got on the app and they said that they reached the number they want why did they invite me when they know exactly that some activities are missing. Please help me to fight this fight I wants what is mine that I worked for I wasted my time and my data doing that study and answering those endless questions from the moderator they must pay me

They invite you to participate in communities then they come up with stories when they have to make payment, and tell you that you haven't completed all the activities meanwhile they are the ones that don't send all the activities at once

You collected and used our data, then paid with vouchers you new very well we cannot use, you didn't ask if we own playstations or not. Yet you keep changing other people's vouchers to takealot vouchers but are not responding to others. That is ****ty business practices. You basically stole the data from us and no intention of paying.🚮🚮

You collected and used our data, then paid with vouchers you new very well we cannot use, you didn't ask if we own playstations or not. Surely you cannot be this comfortable with not explaining what is happening I have been waiting for my voucher and you're not giving any feedback you're not responding to emails.Surely somebody needs to be held accountable for this, is the problem with takealot or is the problem with you because one of you needs to come up with an answer this is not acceptable at all. The survey was completed in July we are in September now.firstly there is a waiting period of 20 to 30 days but still after that you expect me to wait even more longer and you're not responding to your emails and you're not sending any apologies whatsoever, if this continues I would be glad to advice people not to complete any survey from you guys because this is the treatment that people get after the completing it they get ignored.

Completed a survey for them on the 16th of July and they said they will pay between 20 to 30 days since then I haven't received any payment or I get this an email with excuses that they're takealot vouchers have been pending with takealot and that they will follow up with them so my question is who is in the wrong here?are we being taken for a ride or the problem is takealot?
