Disappointed in the Durability of Hush Puppies School Shoes

I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies school shoes for my child less than a year ago, and I am very disappointed in their durability. Despite being worn under normal conditions (every weekday for the duration of school hours, as is expected for school shoes), they have not lasted even 9 months.

When I raised the issue with the company, I was informed that their workmanship policy only covers 6 months and that they cannot be held responsible for how long the shoes last. I find this unacceptable for a brand like Hush Puppies, as school shoes should be manufactured to withstand predictable daily use for a reasonable period.

I trusted the Hush Puppies brand for quality and longevity, but this experience has not met expectations. I feel that parents deserve better value for money, especially when buying shoes specifically marketed for school children.
