Thank you for helping create our dream kitchen!
Renovating a kitchen is a big investment for any homeowner. We worked with Troy and his team to do a complete renovation of our kitchen. The whole process, from our first meeting to the final sign off went smoothly and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. The team was professional, kept to all the deadlines and always let us know where we were with the project. We recommend contacting them to quote on any carpentry jobs you are considering. We will definitely be contacting them again for other carpentry jobs at home.

Beautiful Custom Cabinet
Beautiful custom cabinet! I sent Kim a picture of what cabinet I wanted and it turned out Beautiful! Very pleased with the end result. Thank you Kim, Chad and the rest of the HWH Design team❤️

5 star carpentry
I can highly recommend HWH Designs for built-in cupboards. They designed and installed the most beautiful and functional bedroom cupboards in my main bedroom. They are professional, friendly and affordable.

Professional and reasonable
Troy came to my house and installed built in cupboard. it was perfectly installed. Furthermore, they are professional and communication is well. They phone before they arrive or Kim will let you know if they will be late. I will recommend them any time.

Bad service!
We contracted HWH Designs to replace shelves and a side panel plus a shelf for the broom cupboard. They came to measure up, the deposit was paid and it was almost a month before we had any response(bearing in mind that we had to follow up as to when work might begin). Then they came back to re-measure. The manager dropped his 2 guys off making sure that he mentioned to us, that the one was his 'best guy'. The shelves were fitted to the cupboard under the sink, only to discover that they had either been fitted back to front or they were incorrectly manufactured. We still don't know. On packing cleaning products back into the broom cupboard, the distance between the two shelves was incorrect(larger bottles no longer fitted). A week later the new shelves were fitted, doors hung, side panel and new cut-our shelf fitted. It was only a month later we had decided to store water bottles under the sink, only to discover that the plumbing was leaking. When we complained, we were told that they were not plumbers. My response being, "You should not have taken on the job, either that or you sub-contract a plumber to refit the pipes"! They then wanted us to cover the cost of a plumber. After standing our ground, they eventually agreed to sending a plumber out. I can't guarantee their service!

Bad service!

HWH Designs - Do not use this company
It's seems that not much has changed since 2019. HWH was contracted to do our kitchen, designs were sent through on 5 June and a 70% deposit paid on 20June, to date - 10 weeks later and after constant follow up and begging for our kitchen to be completed we still sit with a very poorly made, ill fitted incomplete kitchen. All we have been given is constant lies and excuses. They were so happy and attentive before receiving our deposit but afterwards became rude, aggressive and later non responsive. We were blamed for causing delays by making changes but no changes had been made. The information was all supp**** on the original approved drawings. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company as it seems they will gladly take your money and run.

Kitchen manufacturers who take your money and run!
HWH Designs we’re contracted by me to manufacture my clients kitchen & scullery. After more than three months with all the monies paid the kitchen is still incomplete with more than half the components missing. My client, myself and the builder were lied to everyday and not one promise was kept. The quality of the manufacture and the fit was the worst I’ve seen in 25 years in the industry. Steer clear of them unless you want a very unhappy experience.
