I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store. I recently purchased sneakers from your store, but unfortunately, they got damaged after 1 wear I send them back to the store, but you refuse to exchange them. I was hoping to get exchange , but was told that the damage is normal because it's a handmade and not 100%, I understand that store policies can be strict, but I believe customer satisfaction is important. Since the sneaker is expensive I was not expecting this kind of poor quality and damage after 1 wear I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and consider an exchange or refund. @Hydraulics store

Made an online purchase recently. The shoes I purchased came dirty and I wanted an exchange. I sent an email to info@hydraulicsstores.co.za and also filled an online contact form, it’s been over a week now and have not received no response.

I bought a Karl Lagerfeld sneaker in July and literally wore it once. The silver design on the shoe started peeling. I have tried to communicate with no success. You cannot buy expensive shoes only for the shoe to get damaged within 3 months from one wear. Disappointed

On the 28th of September 2025, I placed an order of a T-shirt. Today it is the 14th of October 2025 and I have not received any form of communication or my order. 10 working days has passed and I have not received my order. I tried calling but no one answered the call. I called different branches/ stores and I was told they do not deal with online orders.

Im on the 3rd week now awaiting delivery. They claim Courier Guy has picked up the order and courier Guy denies this, stating that the parcel was not ready when they attempted to pick up. Such a shame to their name, a disgrace to their brand! They send meaningless apologies with basically no way foward or positive feedback. I will never support them ever again, this was my last purchase!!
