They refused to help because they do not deal with "religious" institutions.

They clearly do not want business or a prejudice. This is the message we got from our insurer after choosing them to do work for us: "I was told by them its their company policy that they do not deal with any religious institution and will not be taking this work on, I was totally shocked at this comment as have never ever heard of such a reason before." So, be careful, if you happen to religious or maybe fall into another category they do not like, they will not help you!
