THEY WILL KILL YOUR NEW RUST SERVER!
Never use this for Rust hosting, I moved from an unreliable source to hyper layer, which auto implements idle kick timers and kills a 50 pop server that I worked my **** of for 6 months on in just 2 days. Pathetic, unreliable, untrustworthy, Think they king of the ****ing castle. Hyper make money scheme and kill servers should be your name. ADAM <3

I am terribly sorry you feel this way. It is not our intention to make a client's experience on Hyper Layer to be frustrating. Never has it been our intention to be the "king of the ****ing castle" as you put it.
I want to get to the bottom of your issue as looking at your profile you have never logged a ticket with us regarding this issue that you are having as we would have gladly assisted in resolving any issue that you were having. I see on our Discord you logged a ticket swearing at us and then you proceeded to close the ticket 2 minutes later.
You mention that your rust server has a population of 50. Looking at the graphs of joined players on your server, you did not reach more than 15 players where you set your slot limit to 100 - if your server was maxing out players it would just queue. So this was not the issue.
By default, rust implements a 30-minute idle kick timer for players that go AFK for 30 minutes.
Within the rust configuration files > settings.cfg we implement a 10-minute idle kick but this can easily be changed by simply going to the settings.cfg and changing the variable "server.idlekick" to a higher value of your choice you can also remove that entirely and use an idle manager like https://umod.org/plugins/idle-manager
If you had logged a ticket with us we would have resolved your issue in a few minutes.
