Good day This is not something I engage in, despite having occurred over 20 times. I have been refueling at BP 291 Jan Smuts Ave, Hyde Park, Randburg, 2196 for the last 8 years. I'm frustrated with the service recently; on several occasions, they fill my tank and half of my fuel ends up on the ground. This is intolerable; it's reached a level that prompted me to voice my concerns. Petrol is very costly, so you still need to pay for what is on the floor. NO I cannot find a direct email for BP 291 Jan Smuts Ave, Hyde Park. To ensure my email reached the right person, I considered contacting Hello Peter because I’m at a POINT where I had enough. Definitely not acceptable; if it occurred 3 times, then yes, but I've been patient enough.

Avoid Hyde Park shopping centre like a plague ! No service from management ! The people who wash cars at Hyde Park , tamper with cars parked there ! If you ask them not to wash your car they spray their second rate soap on your window screen and more , it smells too terrible and can damage the paint of your car ! I begged management to step in , no help to no avail ! I was in the wrong , not believed ! From enjoying Hyde Park shopping centre for 20 years , I rarely go there now ! These Stop Wash people have full autonomy , not even their manager tries to control them . Response “I’ll TRY to stop them “ from their manager ! If you park under tha cameras , not even the cameras are checked ! If you value your car AND YOUR PEACE OF MIND , STAY AWAY FROM Hyde Park Shopping Centre , because of MANAGEMENT AND BECAUSE OF CAUSE , STOP WASH !

I stopped at PNP canteen to get lunch as always but today I received horrible service. Items are on display without pricing and when asked for assistance I was told it’s not their department a whole 45 minutes just to get help is extremely disappointing and disheartening 💔💔

I had been a loyal customer at Flutter for many years, where I never had to provide a deposit for my lash appointments. However, when I recently decided to rebook after a hiatus, I was surprised and disappointed to learn that a deposit was now required. This change felt unexpected and, frankly, shocking. As a long-time client who has contributed significantly to their revenue in the past, this new policy made me feel betrayed. It is disheartening that the salon, which was quick to accept payments from me before, has now implemented a deposit requirement. I understand the need for certain business practices, but not all clients pose a risk of non-payment. This experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to Flutter, and I am inclined to permanently seek services elsewhere. Moreover, I had intended to bring in more clients through referrals, benefiting the salon financially. Unfortunately, this opportunity now seems lost due to their money-driven decision. The overall service experience has shifted from accommodating to domineering, creating a sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment in what was once a positive client-provider relationship.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to get gift cards on a Saturday morning and no cards available . No one from management appears to be available until you threaten with a review on hellopeter. I left after waiting for 30 minutes and being told constantly someone with a key to the cupboard where they are held will arrive. Very poor management!

I can not explain the gratitude I have. The most friendly and helpful service I have received in a long time.
