Motus Hyundai Paarden Eiland – Settled Vehicle Still Active, Blocking New Registration
Complaint:
This complaint is directed at Motus Hyundai Paarden Eiland.
Despite repeated communication with Wade and Russel, this matter remains unresolved.
The Hyundai Tucson was fully settled in October 2025. However, the vehicle still reflects on my profile. In addition, a licensing renewal charge dated 1 December appears to be incorrect.
These administrative failures are now blocking the registration of our new vehicle. As a result, we are currently driving without a valid licence disc due to errors entirely outside of our control. This exposes us to unnecessary legal and insurance risks.
It is unacceptable that a settled vehicle was not removed timeously and that incorrect charges were allowed to accumulate. This reflects serious concerns regarding internal process control and client service standards.
We require the following to be resolved urgently:
• Immediate removal of the settled vehicle from the profile • Reversal of all incorrect licensing charges • Written confirmation that registration of the new vehicle can proceed
