Excellent customer service

Most reviews are usually written by unhappy customers, while those who are satisfied often choose to simply enjoy their happiness. But here’s a plot twist, I believe it would be selfish to receive outstanding service and not share it. I had the most wonderful customer experience with a salesman named Kulani “Bigman” Mkansi. The entire application process was seamless, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and every detail was on point. I would highly recommend this gentleman, he truly embodies what excellent customer service should be. We collected our car yesterday after a smooth, hassle-free process.
