I used to get lots of phone calls and updates on Platinum life ....but it became somewhat annoying because the survey was too long and the agents were quite persistent and asked them to refrain from calling .Now I just send an email and within 24hrs I get a prompt response. Lee-Anne is amazingly efficient and polite...! Finally got an agent that understands my expectations and leaves me with a wow experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
