Teranova (Trichardt, Mpumalanga) I made an online booking, for myself and my 2 children. On arival, no socks were availble, which they refunded me for, also just to find out that only children up to the age of 15 are allowed to jump. They did refund me (thank you), but I was looking forward to a nice jump with the kids. Their website is very deceiving, not just about the age problem, but the area and activities are not the same as advertised on their websitse, I am very disappointed. I'd like to thank the lady at reception for her service, very friendly.

Dear [Hyperli/iJump] I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I recently received from both Hyperli and iJump. On 12 April 2025, I arrived at iJump with my two children and a friend (four people in total), having purchased a voucher for four via Hyperli. Upon arrival, I was informed that I could not be assisted because I did not have a QR code, despite showing proof of purchase. I was told that if Hyperli had sent the QR code, they would have assisted me, even though it was a Saturday. As a result, I had to pay cash for the kids to jump, incurring extra costs due to a technical issue that was not my fault. I contacted Hyperli, and only after escalating the matter did I receive the voucher code—days later. On 17 May 2025, I returned to iJump with my daughter and her friends, intending to finally use the voucher. This time, I was informed that the voucher is only valid Wednesday to Friday. I was shocked and confused, as the first time I went (on a Saturday), staff were willing to assist me if I had the QR code. Furthermore, I personally referred others, including a colleague who used a Hyperli voucher on 1 May 2025, a public holiday (not a weekday), and was assisted with no issues. This inconsistency in policy and lack of clear communication is incredibly frustrating. Not only have I paid twice out of pocket, but I also feel unfairly treated compared to others who were assisted under similar or even more lenient circumstances. Is there no consistency in your operations? Does service depend on who is on duty at the entrance? Is this a training issue or a matter of unwillingness to assist? I request clarity on your policies and fair compensation for the repeated inconvenience, time lost, and extra expenses incurred. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in both Hyperli and iJump, despite my previous support and

I recently visited iJump Clearwater with my family, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. As first-time visitors, we had high expectations, but unfortunately, we will not be returning for a long time due to several safety concerns and overall dissatisfaction with the service. We have two children, one who can play on the larger trampolines and another who needs to be in the Small Kids Corner. While I was standing in the Small Kids Corner, closely observing my youngest child, I asked the staff member on duty if she could watch over my child for a few minutes while I checked on our other child. She assured me she would. However, when I returned, I was shocked to find that she did not know where my child was. In a panic, I searched the area and found my child on the large trampolines, which was highly concerning as this area is not intended for younger children. What alarmed me even more was the fact that the security door leading outside to the parking lot was wide open. Anyone could have walked out with my child, and this is a serious safety issue that needs to be addressed. After bringing my child back to the Small Kids Area, I noticed that the security door was once again left open shortly after we had closed it. Additionally, I noticed that the barrier around the Small Kids Area is too high, and children are able to walk through it at the bottom. This poses a risk to the safety of the younger children, and I have observed multiple occasions where the security gate was left open, which only further contributes to the safety concerns. Given these issues, I would like to suggest the following improvements to ensure the safety of all children at the facility: Repair the security gate so it cannot be easily opened, and ensure it is secure at all times. Install a sliding door that can only be operated by an adult, ensuring that once children are inside the Small Kids' Play Area, they are safely contained and cannot easily exit without adult supervision. Safety should be a top priority at any children's play facility, and unfortunately, my experience at iJump Clearwater left me with serious concerns. I hope that these issues are taken seriously, and I trust that the necessary steps will be taken to prevent any future incidents. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

IJump Clearwater - Had a big problem with their food! First I had to send mine back because the chips and burger were both cold. The chef took the same old and cold chips on my plate, put it back into the oil and sent it back to me with the waiter. The lettuce on the burger is brown and soggy and both my, and my son's burgers tasted like dish soap. My son didn't even finish half of his burger 😤 very disappointed!

My daughter has I-jump city socks that i bought when we visited Gold Reef City about 2 years ago, with those dame docks we visited i-jump Secunda an she was denied entry because they claim that they only allow yellow i-jump socks at Secunda and not the orange ones, we were forced to buy the yellow ones to gain entry. Why is Secunda i-jump not informed that you can enter any ijump with the branded socks? We refused to buy new ones and afterwards (1 hour of argument) we were allowed to enter

<p>I recently went to I-jump with my two boys. I upgraded the four year old's ticket to allow him to jump with us in the big section. My son asked to slide down the slide in the kiddie section. The lady working there said it was not allowd, she called the manager, who said it was for crowd control as the kiddie section only allowed 20 children at one time. THERE WERE ONLY 5 CHILDREN PLAYING THERE. I think the manager was being rediculous and only managed to spoil the day for myself and my sons!</p>
