Moving company fail to deliver all my possessions
I relocated from Gauteng to Western Cape. I chose I MOVES SA because they were affordable and at first very professional and friendly. They also agreed to collect items at a 2nd collection address at no extra cost. They did arrive a few hours late on the day of collection. They also arrived 12 hours late on day of delivery. One has to pay cash immediately before they even open the truck doors to start off loading. Once they started I noticed that my pot plants were not on the truck, and also a chair and a table. I immediately phoned Enock and he investigated and came back to me explaining what happened. The missing items are still all in their warehouse, apparently "forgot" to load them. He promised me they will be well looked after and plants will be watered and taken care of and the items will be delivered to me within a week. It is now almost 2 months later and I am still waiting for my possessions. Enock promised me to send me photos of the items, which I haven't received yet. I am being told that due to cancelations they were not able to send my items to me up to now. Enock doesn't return my calls now, after keeping on promising that they are trying to resolve the issue. I am now considering taking legal action as this now has become a case of theft in my opinion. I will not recommend this company. Most of my wooden furniture items were also damaged and scratched, and nothing came of any items being wrapped in blankets to protect it. I am very disappointed and my trust turned to disbelief and disappointment. I hope they will still find it in themselves to deliver my missing items. Luckily I have photos of the crew uploading the missing items onto their truck.

Senior friendly and helpful
My experience with them was great, as a senior I struggled with packing boxes and getting the materials but the team packed my house nicely from the kitchen to the bathroom, I had no complaints. They have since moved my friend and she had no issues but they brought a truck that was too big so at least check if your roads can accommodate their trucks
