The worst travel agent ever

The worst experience I’ve ever had 😡 so frustrating and completely unprofessional. We started paying the agent in August 2022 for a trip that was being planned in December 2022. Up until December, agent didn’t book our flights and now they were expensive which led to our trip being cancelled. Had to drag the information out of them, they were very rude. Had to find other sources to get means of communication.

Now it’s time to pay us back and it’s the most frustrating process, it’s January and we still don’t have our full refund back. To this day no one is responding to an email, a call or a WhatsApp. Just want our money back that’s all. They also told us about a non refundable deposit which should be applied if we inconvenienced the trip but it was their fault that the trip got cancelled. Again who books accommodation for a trip and leaves the flights for last. I’m beyond upset with the treatment we receiving 😡😡😡😡
