I completed a course earlier this year, which was fully paid for by my employer. However, since April I have been waiting for the exam vouchers in order to complete the certification process.
Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received nothing but ongoing excuses and delays. Each time I enquire, I’m told a different reason for the hold-up — ranging from administrative issues to vague promises that it will be resolved soon.
This delay is not only frustrating, but it is also unprofessional and potentially damaging to my career progression. As a paying customer (through my employer), I expected better planning and support to ensure that I could write the exam within a reasonable time after completing the course.
I sincerely hope this matter will be addressed urgently, as this has gone far beyond a reasonable delay. Should this not be resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further, including on public platforms, to seek accountability.
