BAD EXPERIENCE

This company provided NO consultancy or assistance and were too busy trying to lower expectations in order to protect themselves from liability or responsibility. All they did was print our papers and put them in order for the application and in the meantime did NOT consult on the most important issues such as (mistakes confirmed by DHA), such as: - Length of passport affection visa length- to advise to renew passport first - To apply separately (applying together was the problem because no one had a valid visa at the time of application - To change status of visa so that rather than accompanying visa, it was two separate visas since all documents and financials was presented for both parties. Immigration consultants presently working there are rude, unreachable and passive aggressive. We were escorted outside when we had to go there, and it took us a big complaint to finally meet our consultant face-to-face or even talk on the phone. We felt our consultant was even annoyed when we called, we could never get an answer over phone and were never called back. Summary - 0 consultancy service given, rude and inaccessible customer service. The service given was to print papers, order them and sit and wait... all for a very large fee given to this company - excluding the visa and immigration fees. *Results would have been the same or possibly better without using this agency, so this was money down the drain.
