IBV VAULTS. DONT BUY KRUGER COINS FROM THEM.
ibv quick to take your money and then made to feel like a ******** when buying kruger coins. canceled the transaction and demanded a refund. ibv agreed to do refund less courier costs on 6th feb. proof of banking details provided. after numerous messages confirming refund will be done i am still waiting for the refund!!!! ********** service

Should you buy gold from IBV this year (2025)?
I purchase a coin from IBV (Sandton) on 12 May 2025. My sales person was Priyaandra. To date there has been no indication when I may collect my coin. Only confirmation that my money was received. No invoice. No Collection date. Despite trying to contact both he and his manager, no further communication from there side. I await their response.

Should you buy gold from IBV this year (2025)?
I purchase a coin from IBV (Sandton) on 12 May 2025. My sales person was Priyaandra. To date there has been no indication when I may collect my coin. Only confirmation that my money was received. No invoice. No Collection date. Despite trying to contact both he and his manager, no further communication from there side. I await their response.

Poor experience, unprofessional.
I recently purchased gold from IBV Gold in Sandton Square. My experience was poor to say the least, I have requested an invoice for the purchase which I have yet to received, told that it was my responsibility to remind them to issue invoices, asked not to use specific banking accounts, and generally treated as though my business is irrelevant and a very unprofessional experience from the moment I walked in, especially taking into consideration the industry, type of business and clientele that IBV Gold in Sandton deal with. I do not and will not in future recommend this company for the purchase of sale of gold.

Poor experience, unprofessional.
I recently purchased gold from IBV Gold in Sandton Square. My experience was poor to say the least, I have requested an invoice for the purchase which I have yet to received, told that it was my responsibility to remind them to issue invoices, asked not to use specific banking accounts, and generally treated as though my business is irrelevant and a very unprofessional experience from the moment I walked in, especially taking into consideration the industry, type of business and clientele that IBV Gold in Sandton deal with. I do not and will not in future recommend this company for the purchase of sale of gold.

Something doesn’t add up
I’m an FNB account holder & I have an ongoing complaint about an eft I did to a company called IBV International Vaults but funds were blocked on their side which is a Standard Bank account, this issue has been ongoing for months with no results or funds being reversed into my account. IBV told me the funds have not went into their account & they no longer with Standard Bank. The funds had a Section 34 which was for a specific period. I’ve also involved the ombudsman with a ref no 23/07-0089640 2 or 3 weeks ago The IBV general manager told me the funds aren’t with them or their bank, I check with FNB which is my bank & there’s nothing in my name

Excellent, Discreet facility
With the spate of robberies and ******s, I was not willing to take a chance with my family's life. I had a safe at home but still felt insecure. So I consulted IBV and got a quote. Without much ado, I was given a quote and a detailed explanation about how they operate. Also they give us spare keys for registered people to access the vaults. The security is very tight and I felt very safe and secure. In fact right now, I'm feeling very relieved that I managed to transfer all the important jewelry and documents safely to their facility at Gateway!

contract renewal without consent
in 2015 I took out a 1 year contract with this company which I paid for in full now they were renewing it without my consent and next thing I receive a letter of summons to court on Friday this is absolutely ridiculous as to my understanding from the company the vault was like a prepaid meaning you pay first to renew contract and I chose not to renew as I moved to a different city same year and came back 2 years later now they say I owe them of which you cannot use vault without payment their contract says its upfront payment before use they are taking chances to rob consumers and they do not explain anything

disgusted, this company automatically renewing contracts without consent!!
<p>IBV international vaults Sandton City</p> <p> </p> <p>After paying R5500 for a 12 month subscription upfront i recieve a call asking me if i would like to renew my contract i say thank you but no thank you as i do not need the facility anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>I than 6 months later recieve a call from their attorneys Protea Factors who called my offices daily threatning if we do not pay an additional R5500 for the subscription i will be blacklisted. </p> <p> </p> <p>after all this i still had to pay the amounts to wash my hands of this disgusting company meant for high end customers to safegaurd there belongings. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would not trust any of my goods here. </p> <p> </p> <p>Appauling.. </p> <p> </p>
