I have been trying to get assistance from Thursday 14 August 2025. Until today, I am still waiting for HELP. Clearly ICAS does not take situations seriously and Company's should not waste their time paying ICAS on behalf of Staff Wellbeing if we are just being IGNORED by ICAS

Terrible service these people have. It's so unfortunate that they could be a life line but honestly they'll do or say anything to get you off the line. I'm so gutted as I was trying to give therapy and speaking to someone a try but the 2 attempts that I've made have been a total waste of time. I hope the company I work for doesn't actually pay these guys, their useless.

Terrible service these people have. It's so unfortunate that they could be a life line but honestly they'll do or say anything to get you off the line. I do not even want to give ICAS 1 star, it is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They never respond to emails, their administration is a mess and it is huge frustration to work through them. It took over six months to get a client registered. Now I have been waiting for three month to get a new one registered. How can people work like this? Do they have no pride in what they do???

I am so disappointed with ICAS services - I will be recommending to my company that this service should be cancelled. I used this service for the first time as I needed some counselling on 9th January, then again on 19th, 24th and finally on 2nd Feb. II got 2 calls from consultants apologizing profusely and then promising me that someone will call me back immediately. Today is the 10th February - Over a month and no assistance - Please escalate this to somebody who actually cares about this service - This is the start of many negative social media posts about your company - You can trace my agony

I am so disappointed with ICAS services - I will be recommending to my company that this service should be cancelled. The worst medical aid "support" I have ever come across. Since May 2022 I have been trying to get approval and payment for treatment. They do not answer emails, it sometimes take up to two weeks to get a response. They also miss emails regularly. Saying "they are very busy". In my business it does not matter how busy you are - then work overtime!

As people at times we see things in a different perspective its either you choose to listen and understand yourself as a person or you don't. I haven't had any bad experience with ICAS since 2019 to 2021 after my brother passing , I just felt like phone sessions didn't really do justice for me , that is when I asked for one on one sessions, that is when I met Yanga Khuboni and Nokwanda they were so welcoming and patient with me I felt more at home than in my therapy session to be honest having both of them there it was more like your getting more clarity on things that happened or happening around you than hearing 1 person say certain things or advice . there was a never a time where they made me feel uncomfortable in anyway , but what I can say is that I needed help and Yanga really helped me a lot and I would most definitely recommend her to my family and friends , I wish there could be more people like you . Thank you

I called in for psychological help and was given a date via sms to see psychologist on the 26 October 2021 and then on Wednesday 25th October 2021 I received a call from Yanga Khuboni (Psychologist) telling me that I missed my appointment and then she reschedule my appointment to today 30th of October. When I arrived she was so unprofessional she forced me to have a session with 2 counselors at the same time. She kept on rushing me and had no time to assist. When I made an appointment I told her that I will be coming with my daughter whom she need assistance as well and she agreed and today she told me that she was too busy, She stated that she won't see her. She kept on answering her phone in the middle of the session and kept on rushing me. Where on earth are you being assisted by 2 councilors at the same time.
