Excellent service
What a pleasant experience to use ICE ID's service! We have an adult autistic son with poor communication skills and after an experience I decided to make him a bracelet with our contact numbers and a short description on the recommendation of a the******. I placed the order plus payment on Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday - everything was perfectly spelled out. I was kept informed of the process and also of the day of delivery. They are in a class of their own in terms of communication and service delivery - friendly, helpful and a quality product. May you continue to provide us with this service for a very long time.

Tag faded after 3 weeks
After 3 weeks of wear, the lettering on my son's bracelet has all but disappeared. When contacting Ice ID, I was advised that this kind of wear is normal (even going so far as to say they see this often with kids) and that I should order another tag. Clearly, the laser "engraving" isn't sufficiently deep enough to hold up to even the lightest of use. Not great.

Excellent service from Zesta at !CE ID and delivery from Cycle Lab. I had no problem exchanging 2 bands and ordering a replacement.

Very efficient and great service
I am very surprised by the quick turnaround, ordered 5 engraved pieces and it was delivered within the same week. Overall very efficient and great service/product!

Awesome service and efficiency, professionalism and great product range
I had an intial question with the online shop and gave the company a call, it was a brief week on my side and the lady on the line sincerely helped me and my emergency band was deliver in 3 days to my door. Amazing service, Thank you!

ICE ID Tags print quality not very good
<p>Received my two ICE ID bands late in 2015. Printing on both was not great. One was replaced but the other one was not. I complained again and was told it was ok and normal to be faded. Now the printing on the one that was not replaced is not visable at all and I am told to purchase another one. Not going to do that. All my friends that have the tags dont have this problem. </p>
