This company better watch how their sales people talk to potential customers. Cold calling and then snapping at our front desk because you aren't getting your way. Learn some manners and sort out your disgusting attitude!!

Cancelling my services after being a loyal customer for multiple years (5+). I logged tickets multiple times to report that my soft phone was no longer receiving calls. Gave them months to fix it and now that I want to move to another provider, they put my cancelation request on a 90 day notice period, meaning I have to lose another 3 months of calls to my business. Shocking way to treat a customer and this is ********* seeing as the reason I am cancelling is because of their failing service.

Our company has been charged for the last 6 months for an amount which we have no idea what it is for. We have been emailing for months asking for an explanation or some kind of feedback as to what we are being charged for an not a single person has gotten back to us with any kind of correspondence. The service is absolutely non-existent.
