Our Fibre line was suspended through ICT Globe without warning, they took over clients from Want the Fibre and our line was suspended without warning, we have been trying to get the line released for 3weeks and yet we still have not had any joy, they cannot pick up our address on their system or any account details, we have never been invoiced by ICTGlobe, yet our fibre line is not being released, we get pushed from Pillar to Post with no ETA resolution, we get told someone will call us back, but yet if we don't phone them they don't call us back. My Husband works from home and for 3weeks he has not been able to work and is now at risk of losing his job as he cannot conduct his work without internet. We have managed to get another ISP who is willing to provide us with network service but they cannot activate the service as ICT has not released the Line yet. All we want is a resolution time on when we can get the line released.
