My name is Nelisiwe Radebe contact no *** i had an account with Foschini and by the time i could not be able to pay my account i was owing about R7000 that was in 2022, in 2023 i was contacted by IDC/FTI on behalf of foschini and i agreed to make arrangements with them to pay R300 of which they made a stop order. so last month i checked how much was my balance i saw R16 000 and i went straight to foschini Vaalmall they gave me this numbers *** so that i call idc myself. when i call that number they tell me to go back to Foschini and call them when im in store, i've never been this frustrated in my life.
