Ordered a scatter cushion, uploaded the photo. After a week I asked when to expect delivery to which they said the photo didn't upload. I sent the photo again...a week later, no reply, nothing!!!

This is a ****. Wish I had read reviews before ordering two personalised scatter cushions. Paid the money. All looked legit but since paying there is no response to my emails and no delivery of my product. It’s been months now and I have no doubt I will never receive my order. Don’t order from them!!!! There is no phone number available on their website.

This is a ****. Wish I had read reviews before ordering two personalised scatter cushions. Paid the money. All looked legit but since paying there is no response to my emails and no delivery of my product. It’s been months now and I have no doubt I will never receive my order. Don’t order from them!!!! There is no phone number available on their website.

This company has ****med me, i placed an order on the 13th December 2022 for 2 phone cases, till today I haven't received it, they never answer my calls, WhatsApp and emails, Why is Happy pay working with them, this is a **** company. This was my order number - IK3041

Took my money. Never delivered my order.
Wish I read the reviews before I paid them!! I placed an online order on 25 Feb 2024 with a note stating these were items for my wedding which was on 16 March 2024. I have still not received my order or my money back! My wedding has passed and the order is now useless, but I also don’t get any responses from them regarding a refund. After placing my order I sent several emails, Instagram messages and WhatsApps because all of them went unanswered and I was getting stressed about delivery. On 6 March 2024 someone finally responded on my WhatsApp to tell me there is “some issue” with production and they might not deliver on time, but if that is the case, they will refund me. I asked again on the promised delivery date, which was 12 March 2024, as to the status of my delivery. To date I have yet to receive any response from anyone. I emailed, sent Instagram messages and have unread WhatsApp message they just ignore. They are completely ignoring me and have disappeared with my money and my order. I would strongly advise you to do you research before using this “company”.

Beware!! ****mers!!! Stay away!!
BEWARE!!! Don’t pay them anything!!!! If I could give 0 I would. What a load of bull!! Took our money for a big order. Rep**** that they receiced the designs. But then disappeared from the scene. Nothing delivered. No refund. No messages being read or rep**** to. They are ****mers!!!! Stay away!!!

I am so ****ed right now. Paid 600 for personalised mugs and i have not received them. Sadly i read the reviews after purchasing. I suspect i am also a victim of this ****. Phone number isn't going through, WhatsApp no response. No physical address.
