IFX DONT PAY WITHDRAWALS!!! Stay away!!
Do not trust this broker with your money, they don’t pay withdrawals at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER. I am warning you!!! They will always try to find a reason not to pay your withdrawals.

Poor Customer service
I emailed them regarding a swap issue which I thought they would explain to me how they got to it and rectify and also logged a ticket on their portal then also made a call. I spoke to Leilani who said I should email her a few details and screenshot, I did so and when I called for a follow up because my ticked was closed on the website I was told she would get back to me and she still hasn't. The service is poor and I doubt their capacity to resolve my issue or they wouldn't be ducking and dividing.

Great local broker, highly recommended A+++
I haven't rated IFX since I signed up with them 2 years ago. . The spreads are pretty decent, I also noticed that the bonus/credit option is pretty cool, which allows me to open up more positions... deposit and withdrawals have been a breeze with most of the time getting my withdrawals being paid out on the same day... I don't keep my trades open overnight because of the swaps and the market price imbalance.. I had only 1 minor issue where I had a internal technical problem when trying to move funds from the trading acc to the wallet... but this was sorted out in a few minutes... So far so good.. Happy with the service..

Great local broker, highly recommended A+++

Withdrawals and customer service
IFX is the worst broker when it comes to withdrawals , I've been waiting 6 days for my withdrawal and I've enquired 10 times already but they dont even respond to my enquiry . Starting to think they don't want to pay me .

Withdrawals and service attendance
i have been contacting them for 5 days to process my withdrawal and no response only a robot,they have to like and comment under their promoters posts but wont ressolve issues with clients and customers ,they dont even tell you what is missing or how can they assist you I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS BROKER TO ANYONE ,,KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE AND FIND A KNEW BROKER (they can call you when you deposit but when its their turn to pay all hell break loose)

Stole money
This broker stole my money 40k they stole they don't wanna pay me out I phoned them 2 weeks everyday they saying the same everyday they don't know why and they get back to be no one ever got back to me don't use this broker they ***** people money's

They made me wait 1 month before responding saying it was my internet connection that resulted in me being unable to close my trade in profit. Errors given was off quotes and invalid parameters even though other markets were live. Do not trust them at all.
