Unauthorize Debit orders

I have been getting debits orders from IGA Investiga and I don't know who are these people they have been debiting my money for a while and I tried to Google them but I couldn't find anything , my Bank which is Standard bank told me they can only reverse the debit order but they cant stop it and they don't have the details of these people so I am really ****ed off now I want to know who they are ,and I want all my money back plus I want them to stop with immediately effect, if I can have someone look into this I will really appreciate , I have been reading complains from other people they are really a problem to lot of people not just myself .
