They are fraudsters and thieves. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Transferred money for a vehicle, NO VEHICLE, NO REFUND. They simply ignore you. Will open a formal case of fraud at the police now.

Never ever in your life buy from this crooked dealer. Car I bought Dec 2017 had problems in the first month. After a huge dispute they agreed to fix some problems (not all) and when you get the car back it is in even worse condition. I`ve had the privilege to drive the car for 3 months out of the 12 months I`ve owned as the other 9 months it has broken down and in for repairs. All they do is revert you to the ombudsmen. The vehicle needs a new engine as they cannot repair the current engine. They ignore you hoping that you will disappear.

Bought a Mercedes Benz from Ignition Auto, month 2 inter cooler seals had given up. The repairs had taken 14 days, after throwing a tantrum, and sitting at the dealership, i eventually got the vehicle. Month 5 - Electronic Steering Lock Failed also known as a Ignition Sensor, dealership refused to pay as they claim this is due to wear and tear. The vehicle has not done 10 00kms and is within 6 months warranty of the dealership, and there is no JOY. Lebogang Motau(Finance Manager) and Michael Pieterse (Dealer Principal) provided no help what so ever. It is amazing how these dealerships make a living with Deception. The after sales service is an absolute nightmare, be very wary when buying a vehicle through these guys.

This is a public service that might help any future buyers from Infinity Auto in Boksburg make an advised decision before they procure a vehicle from this Company... My Wife and decided to buy a BMW X1 from Infinity Auto that's when it all Began.. 01 June 2018 Finance was approved 02 June 2018 we went to the dealership so that we can Test drive the vehicle, this was pre-booked and they were well aware that we are coming in... We arrived and the Vehicle had no Petrol... There's a Petrol station just a few meters down the Road but we were instead told to go home and come Back on Monday 04 June 2018 04 June 2018 we arrived and test Drove the vehicle and all went well. Contracts were signed but we couldn't take Delivery as the Road Worthy assessment shop was fully booked.... 05 June 2018 we collected the car still without a Roadworthy Certificate.... 06 June 2018 vehicle was collected and roadworthy done.... 09 June 2018 vehicle had an oil leak.. Called and was told vehicle will be sorted on Tuesday - 12 June 2018 12 June 2018 vehicle was collected and I was assured that there is no Oil leak... I didn't have to wait for a few days. Got home parked it and when I moved it the same day.... OIL on my Driveway... Called and complained AGAIN!!!! Vehicle went back in not sure what the date was but it was between the 14 June 2018 - 17 June 2018. The vehicle came back and I was told that all is well and there's no issues now..... When I checked the car the oil leak was gone.. So I'm happy that now the vehicle is sorted.... 23 June 2018 While i was I get a Call from my wife... The Coolant/Water indicator is giving a warning... I tell her to fill it up with water and Monitor it daily till I get back... 02 July 2018 I contact Infinity Auto AGAIN!!!! *Whats-app* inform them about the issue and I'm told to bring the car in and it will be fixed.. by this time I'm not sure whether I'm working for Infinity Auto as a Driver taking leave and driving back and forth between my house and Infinity auto.... 03 July I get a Whats-app - Response saying bring the Car in on the 04 July 2018 04 July 2018 Vehicle goes in and I'm informed it ready and all is well... By now I'm sitting there looking at the calendar planning my next leave request for the next thing that goes wrong with the car.... Either on the 06 July 2018 or 07 July 2018 I called the sales person Mr Jason Ratcliff and express my De-satisfaction and before he even says "Bring the car in" i cut him off and told him how I really felt about the service I received and that I will take the car in and have it fixed as they don't really care. Vehicle went in and 2 hours later I was called and told the Authorize the installation of a new Thermostat as the one in the vehicle was faulty. Gave authorization and vehicle has been running fine now without any issues. I do not want anything from Infinity Auto, I want people to know what they are getting themselves into when dealing with this company. They are only in it for the Money and once that's done you will have endless nightmares. I practically spent most of my June debating with the Dealership going back and forth to them for something that I paid for. Beware and Do your Research before buying from them. They have very poor after care customer support

On 14 October 2016 I went to see a 2006 BMW 325i at Ignition Auto, marketed for sale on Cars.co.za. I test drove the vehicle and decided to proceed with the sale.

Jared (manager)agreed to trade in my 1998 528i BMW for R25 000 as is.

The finance application forms were sent to me via email and I completed them and sent them back the following morning, 15/09/2016.

I was advised that the finance would usually take a day to approve.

The process took longer and I was advised that their finance IT system was giving problems and they have a backlog of applications. Eventually after numerous calls and messages sent via WhatsApp I received a message on the 21st September 2016 from the manager Jared saying ”Tamlynn got you the approval but we are waiting on validations but the other salesman has sold the 325 yesterday for cash.. I don’t have any other 325’s currently only a black 330i……”

He said he was not at the office yesterday so did not know about the sale. He is the manager???

It is unacceptable to be treated like this as there are emotions involved in purchasing a vehicle!

After months of waiting and fighting due to a misdiagnosis from another dealer, Jared ensured that the car is fully stripped and properly diagnosed to get a comprehensive report of any problems with the engine. He ensured that the problem was fixed, tested the car to ensure that it is in a good working condition AND settled the full amount for the repairs. He really went out of his way to assist in the best possible way, where both parties were happy with the resolution. The car is now in mint condition - good as new and I'm happy.
