IGO Travel is awesome :)
From start to finish, Monique demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. She coordinated every detail of our Italy trip, flight, train rides between cities and hotel accommodations. She was always ready to answer our questions promptly, ensuring a stress-free travel experience. She provided useful tips and made us aware of things we didn't know in advance e.g. paying hotel fees at each hotel (telling us this was not part of her services, but she mentioned it to us anyway and we appreciated the heads-up). Monique provided timely and direct advice throughout our trip planning. She answered our questions exactly, considered our needs carefully, and made th entire experience effortless. Going forward, we intend to make use of her services for every trip. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an effortless trip.

I have never meet such a humble and patient person. Nicole Del Vecchio from the bottom of my heart thank you. You made life easy. I was not sure if this trip was gone happen due to circumstances you were open for me to schedule the dates. Eventually it happen you from day one of my trip till last day everything went well. Even when the was a mistake on my transfers you fix immediately on your side. I will highly recommend IGO travel. I can’t wait to book more of my trips with you guys again

The worse trip planned by IGO Travel
We were quoted to travel from 26 June 2023 and return 6 July 2023 to Portugal, Paris and France. After we paid we received our trip with the same cost with a day lesser. 26 June 2023 till 5 July 2023. We were charged for 3 rooms for 4 people sharing instead 2 rooms. Brandon the sales agent confirmed in writing that we did not require a transit visa to fly via London. When we arrived at the airport British airways refused us entry. We had to book a flight from OR Tambo via Dubai to Lisbon. Emirates failed to fly out and we had to fly out on the 27 June 2023 at 20:00. No apologies from BRANDON no assistance and he says he will refund partial flight after 6 weeks. I don't even believe it will happen so we are now canceling the trip as there is no point anymore. Never use IGO travel, you will regret it.

credit where credit is due
We were very satisfied with the holiday to Thailand that we booked with Waseela. I can definitely recommend the 12 Night, 4 destination offer. The hotels, transfers and drivers were great. She effortlessly changed it so we would have more nights in Bangkok and also a different hotel in ****et. When Qatar changed our flights Waseela immediately let us know and she rectified it. The only hiccup we experienced when booking was an attempted *****ulent credit card transaction so I would recommend rather transferring the money and not using your credit card. I will be using them again for my next visit!

Excellent Service Remdered
Brendan Pottier was absolutely exceptional during lockdown. I had huge concerns about my holiday and passport and he assisted promptly. He also kept me abreast things happening that I wasn't aware of but found solutions. He also assisted with other unrelated travel that I desperately needed guidance with. His service has always and continues to be phenomenal and he's highly recommended by me.

Great service
Second time we have used IGO Travel to book a holiday and second time they have delivered perfectly. This time we were off to Zanzibar and Regine Miller helped us out. Her service was fantastic with quick responses and clear information. Will definitely recommend her and IGO Travel to friends and family!

Great service

Incredible experience. Regine Miller assisted me with a solo trip to Sofia in Bulgaria and it could not have gone any smoother. She was available to answer all my questions and she completely put my mind at ease in terms of going on a solo holiday. The holiday was an unforgettable experience, thank you Regine!

Be careful when booking with IGO TRAVEL
Very disappointing ...dealt with Jade Glass at IGO travel. The 4/5 star hotel they booked for us ended up a 2 star. None of the taxis were there to meet us without a struggle or fight. The last leg of the trip there was no trace of our booking when we got to the hotel and the taxi never even pitched. We had to find our own way. Be careful when you book with IGO Travel.
