Unfair treatment

Igt solutions - management is so messed up.. I asked my team leader 2 weeks in advance via email for a leave day as I had an doctors appointment at Victoria hospital I attached my appointment card as proof.. My team leader never got back to me stating if my leave day has been approved or not I then told her but this is very unprofessional she contacted me where I am I then told my TL that I communicated to her via email and she said oh sorry I forgot... I was absent for 3 days with doctors notes and I have communicated with my TL for those 3 days as I told her I'll be returning to work the Sunday as I went for a minor operation and she never responded... As I returned to work on the Sunday I received 2 warnings from my TL the 1 was due to me being for more than 2 days absent even though I had my doctors notes that my team leader claimed to be **** I then told her she is more than welcome to call at that moment Infront of me which she refused to the second warning was because I questioned her leadership skills only because I told her I find it unprofessional that she forgot to tell me that my leave day for the 12 of March was not approved... I then received an email stating that my company (igt solutions) will be withhelding my whole salary as I apparently went AWOL but I provided documentations for my absence up till today I never received my salary for the days I have worked is there perhaps anyone this could assist me with providing advice or which steps to follow I have gone to CCMA and opened up a case too.... Please help
