I did not enjoy the lack of communication. I was told the date of Orientation Week late and was given a wrong date. I did not like the fact they also told me to get a study visa late.

Friendly warning to parents: Please be cautious with Emeris. Once you register, you are locked in, and if you later change your mind, there is a hefty cancellation penalty. A safer option is to apply first without registering until you are 100% sure. Registration commits you financially. Students are flagged and despite providing proof that no AI was used, they are still told to appear before disciplinary committee and where they will be bul**** into signing and admitting that they cheated in their assignment or exam. They are pushed to sign without being shown where the concern for cheating stems from. They are coerced to sign and get zero or if they don't sign it will be escalated with further investigation. With these responses students fear that their names might be red flagged where they won't be allowed entry to other universities. As a result the poor students just sign that they cheated and get zero.It is not right telling someone that they cheated without showing them proof so that they may defend themselves or provide proof that indeed they didn't cheat.Parents should support their kids when going to these so called disciplinary committee/hearings we should normalise going with our kids or appointing an attorney to go with them since it will affect their future. The integrity committee as they call themselves is just a bunch of adults bullying students.

Poor teaching skills, and the act of bulling encouraged by two faculty members. Will expect a response from IIE head office.

Disappointing levels of service all round. Late release of marks for graduates well into February. Graduation date still unknown. Communication and follow through poor. Overall unprofessional and ineffective as a "top university" not at the level advertised.

The way that IIE MSA has been operating recently is not good. They have been making up new policies without informing students and this has been affecting us as students. This year I failed an exam and initially thought that I qualified for a supplementary exam. To my surprise I found out that the supplementary exam qualification requirements have been changed and they never notified the students. This is so annoying from the school especially considering that we are paying 112K every year for the service that we are getting. I tried applying for a remark and they declined the application because they changed another policy that you should apply for a remark within 5 days of the results being released. When I app**** for a remark in January it was that you should apply in 20 working days. This is another policy that they changed without informing students. The school must really communicate with students. Its so annoying finding out that policies have been changing without you knowing.

This institution only cares for money and has no sense of ensuring positive customer experience. They fail to extend a mere apology for inconveniences such as struggling to get hold of them and the subsequent delays in response to e-mails, then they top it off by completely disregarding your actual request and answering a question you didn't ask (telling you the obvious and ignoring your actual questions). They lack empathy and seemingly hire people with no sense of professionalism, perhaps it's students who intern for the school as well? They are very unprofessional. However, I must say the general queries line has some sensible beings, perhaps because they only transfer calls...but they deserve a compliment, though their actions may seem basic, their finance/accounts team makes them seem like super stars to us the clients. C Chauke and Lucia, get some training on customer service and business writing, with focus on written communication to customers.
