Ikids False Advertising

Very disappointed with my online purchase. Ordered a baloon stand and the pic on the website apparently has a further cake stand in their display which is not included but no where does it mention this on the website. When I get my parcel and say I don't have the full order I am told I got everything I ordered and this cake stand is not part of the pack I ordered. It's false advertising to say the least.
