BOOKING A TRIP
I had booked a trip and paid a deposit before Covid. I have had phone calls from Brenda regarding the deposit and would I like to allocate it to another trip So I sent her an e-mail on the 10/03/2023 regarding a new trip. She phoned to confirm she had received the e-mail. That is the end of the service- no reply to e-mails and if you phone they treat you like an irritation that has the audicity to complain about NO services. They will take time out of their busy day to give Brenda the message!!!!!!!!!! Why phone if you do NOT want the customer. Why send e-mails advertising your trips. What would be nice is to get my refund back- but I am not holding my breath.

Slow to refund
We had a wonderful trip to Norway in December 22 on the Hurtigruten ship. We paid everything in advance to the travel agent, Imagine cruising, excursions included. One of the excursions were cancelled by the ship, Hurtigruten due to insufficient snow. According to them, since we paid the agent we would be refunded by them. We notified Imagine cruising immediately. When we were back in SA they made us wait for seven weeks to get our money back. According to them they waited for Hurtigruten to respond to their refund requests And it was only after we contacted Hurtigruten ourselves that things started to happen. Not sure what would have happen if we just left it with Imagine Cruising to sort. I will never use Imagine Cruising again as a travel agent. We dealt mainly with Sharon and Abo. Both of them were always very civil in their correspondence and emails but I will definitely rate the service below average. The trip itself on the Hurtigruten ship were above average though.

Great Professional Work
All my dealings with IC has been very good and professional. They have the clients interests at heart and are very patient in dealing with us the consumer. Keep up the good work because dealing with them takes out all the time consuming admin should you try to deal direct with the cruise liners.

Best service at Imagine Cruising
I recently booked a holiday with Imagine Holidays - Imagine Cruising and received excellent service and assistance from Lené van Graan. This is the fourth holiday that I've booked through Imagine Cruising and will definitely keep using them for all my trips.

We are now struggling to get an answer from imagine cruising regarding the way forward and how we can get our money back. We phone leave messages and they never reply. We have even gone in to see them
