Great Customer Service
I have been hosting websites for clients for more than 13 years with Imaginet. Whenever I log a query, more often than not, somebody will phone me back within minutes, even after hours. Extremely happy with the level of their service.

Great Customer Service

Careful when dealing with these ****MERS
Hand the account to whoever you like, you are threatening me while you are not in the scope of legal requirements by ZACR which you think you do not need to abide by. I am busy filing a full complaint with ZACR and following domain dispute resolution as well, I DO NOT CARE about your admin fees, WHAT ADMIN IS THERE in a domain transfer? You people are daylight ******s and ****mers. Your servers are pathetic and slow, and your Site Creation tool is the worst I have ever seen and useless, yet you sell that ******* to consumers. I will expose Imaginet and follow legal complaints with several bodies. Do you think you can do as you please, and hold consumers' domains and intellectual property at ransom for an admin fee of R115.00 to transfer a coza DOMAIN AWAY? You are a ****!!! But I WILL EXPOSE your bad and pathetic services never mind the expensive hosting services to the world. Your Terms and Conditions is ********, but rest assured I don't care who you think you are, as a consumer I have legal rights which I will very gladly express with several organizations dealing with people like you including ZACR, ISPA, ICASA, and many more, never mind social media exposure. Get your debt collectors to call me after you hand the account over OKAY? Let's see where you get with that nonsense, but I will sue you and report you in the meantime where I deem fit. You can handle those complaints then. What you are doing is *******, and there is NO FREE MONEY for anyone FREE MONEY like ADMIN fees to transfer a coza domain away, what admins fees are involved there, give me a breakdown of these ridiculous admin fees of R115 per co.za domain transfer it away.

Imaginet is taking Axxess's reseller prices and adding ridiculous profit margins, *********** Imaginet resellers. Imaginet takes Axxess prices (which anyone can join to resell for Axxess), adds R40 - R100 profits, and then gives those ridiculously high prices for Imaginet resellers to resell, even giving them targets to meet to stay in the Imaginet reseller program. What is more ridiculous is fibre installation fees, Imaginet will charge your clients an installation fee ranging from R955 to R1 400+ for some FNOs, and they pocket this money because they will get free installation when they forward your order to Axxess. Resellers can check Axxess's reseller prices to see how Imaginet is ripping them off, by taking the exact Axxess reseller prices, adding profit margins, and reselling to Imaginet resellers' clients, and still expecting the reseller to add their profit margins on their prices. You are basically their sales agent - working at a loss, helping their Axxess reseller account, when you can sign up with Axxess yourself. I will repost this review over and over again if they remove it.

Great service
We have received excellent service from Imaginet and their staff members. They have assisted our Developer tremendously with our website and have also assisted me personally with technical issues. As a first time user, I can truly say that I recommend this company to anyone that needs to host a website, etc. They are also very affordable, especially considering that you get this service with. Thank you Imaginet!

Great service
We have received excellent service from Imaginet and their staff members. They have assisted our Developer tremendously with our website and have also assisted me personally with technical issues. As a first time user, I can truly say that I recommend this company to anyone that needs to host a website, etc. They are also very affordable, especially considering that you get this service with. Thank you Imaginet!

Shocking penalties - Imaginet
An assistant uploaded data to my website hosted by Imaginet. I have a limit of 2gb but 9 gb was apparently uploaded. In the circumstances, they charged me almost R 1000 per month for additional usage (penalty) and took it from my bank account. I did not know about it. I never signed up for these exorbitant penalties and it is directly against the Conventional Penalties Act to charge a penalty far out of proportion to possible damages. This is "daylight *******" and they refuse to give me any credit. I now cancelled all my hosting provided by them as you can get packages far cheaper from other providers. For instance: Hosting: Imaginet 8gb: R 454, Afrihost 10gb R 149, you do the maths. And you run the risk that they might "impose a penalty" and highly over charge you on debit order like they did in my case. I am now trying to get their physical address to issue summons against them, as it is not even given on their website. So, my advice, go elsewhere. It looks like they became greedy.

Service relationship with joy!
Been with Imaginet with my domain hosting from 2014. I always experience the staff and support with helpfulness and friendliness. They have never failed to answer questions or assist with issues I have. They keep open communication and only want me/my businesses to "win" at the end of the day. If the one consultant can't help there and then, they actually phone me back and keep assisting. Everytime I phone it feels like phoning a friend. Thank you Imaginet staff.

Excellent technical service from Imaginet ISP.
Imaginet is an ISP based in the Eastern Cape. I have been an Imaginet client for around 10 years. The service I have received from Imaginet and staff is nothing short of excellent. Over the last number of months I have had numerous problems with LTE reception and have had to contact Imaginet technical staff for assistance. Their helpfulness, friendliness and willingness to help goes beyond what most other company employees offer or provide -in any field. What I really appreciate with Imaginet is : (a) that when one calls in with a problem, if they are unable to answer the call immediately, they offer a call back service. This is not to just appear to be be efficient and offer a good service - they actually do call back. (b) When a staff member answers the phone - 1. They all identify themselves by name, 2. they speak English (my language) clearly so you can understand what they are saying. 3. They patiently guide one through any setup to be done. 4. They follow up to find out if the problem has been resolved. Anyone wanting an ISP can be sure they will have excellent and satisfactory service from Imaginet. Well done to all the technical staff at Imaginet!

I investigated ImagineNet on behalf of a client who was overpaying for webhosting services. ImagineNet is committing daylight ******* with its exorbitant prices for web hosting and domain registration. In addition, it charges for a cavalcade of non-existent addons that most hosts provide for free, or don't offer because they don't exist. Do not host your website with ImagineNet. They are ****mers.
