i open a funeral policy with you on 07 November 2025 and was told to do an EFT for the first payment, so that they can put my data on the system. Up to date i haven't receive the policy number.
Every time,i contact the Agent, she always promises come back with feedback and will be the system is down or i have asked the people in the office and i do not know why they are not contacting you.
I want to know if this is a **** or what?
