Debt Review chancers!

My uncle joined Imalisave as his debt was becoming to much although he was never behind on installments with his car. On Friday his car got repossessed because the bank stated he was 2 months behind.Imalisave has not contacted him as he wants answers from them. When you call them they say they phoning back but it never happens.Can someone please give me advice on what to do next.
