Worst people to deal with ever

This company never explained to me what debt review is i never signed any letter i never said they can go ahead but till this very day they have put me under debt review and it is sad that they can give people answers after they are the ones that have put me under debt review so quickly. I didn't struggle to pay my accounts at all i can remember till this day the woman said you will save on your debt order. Well for any 21 year old that sounds great doesn't it?
