<div>If you are onsidering relocating to New Zealand, I highly recommend utilizing the NZ immigration Facebook groups. IMZ doesn’t care about you only the financial gain. Upon reading some reviews, they have been claims IMZ ****s people. Regrettably, we initially believed that IMZ was one of the most reputable and trustworthy agencies to help us with our immigration journey. Our experience began with a video consultation with +++ their South African consultant/manager, who explained to me that I would need to be the primary applicant in the process, as I would be responsible for securing employment, while my wife, a qualified teacher, would join me on my spousal visa and then seek employment myself. This approach was deemed the most appropriate, so we proceeded with the paperwork and made payments accordingly. We were thorough, gathering all necessary documents within two weeks, and my husband secured a job independently. He prepared his own socials, accounts, CV, cover letter etc ( even though IMZ are claiming they did it ).The hiring company then proceeded with the job token application. I was informed that I could sponsor my wife, what we were unaware of, however, was that the job token application has a higher success rate when submitted in September rather than March—a fact we later learned from a former employee when we encountered a setback. We find this out only once we were unsuccessful IMZ then informed us. Unfortunately, the job token application was rejected due to the hiring company incorrectly completing the form. Despite repeated requests for assistance from IMZ’s ++++, he only intervened after the application had been declined. Throughout this period, he insisted on communicating via email, even though he was based in New Zealand, it seemed he wasn’t interested in telecommunication. As a result, we had invested R100,000 in this process—having sold cars and made extensive preparations—only to be left in the lurch. When I reached out to +++++ for clarification, we were told that this situation could have been avoided had my wife be the primary applicant, rather than myself, citing complications could occur with my wife’s teaching certification—a claim that turned out to be false, as she had completed that process within two weeks independently. After 6 to 8 months of frustration and poor communication, we realized we could no longer work with a company that didn’t even know what was happening with the new law changes in NZ. We were informing them on the changes!! +++++ correspondence lack professionalism when we expressed our concerns, I quote “Ok then I’m just trying help, please speak to +++++”. Yet, there was no help from her part. She then notified we should change the applicant to my wife, this should have been the advice from the start. I am not sure if she was fully trained and knew what the immigration process involved. She was more than happy to sign new clients, because it was a pay cheque for her. Shame on you. When we requested a refund and expressed our lack of trust in the process, IMZ acted quickly to provide advice and attempt to diffuse the situation. They told us that the refund process would take 60 days for an audit. An audit, for work that had been barely done. ++++ , the IMZ manager from New Zealand, reached out with a “redemption plan”—60 days later. If they truly had done everything, they could assist us, why offer a redemption plan? It’s now been around 85 days, and our refund is still under review. They have tried numerous times to shift the blame on us and take no responsibility for their lack of guidance and consultations. They claimed they did so because they value their customers, pity we weren’t valued when we asked for help from the start. +++++ refused refund based on several points: 1. To qualify for our full refund guarantee, it is crucial that you spend at least three weeks in New Zealand and adhere to our guidance and strategies for job searching. As mentioned earlier, it seems that these conditions have not been met thus no refund shall be forthcoming Our response: We were not guided or corrected when we told them that I landed a position, and my wife would spend 3 weeks before applying for work. 2. However, it is important to clarify that this guarantee does not apply in cases where an employer fails the job check, as this situation is beyond our control. We have made efforts to assist, but the employer did not adhere to our recommendations. Our response: We didn’t cancel because we failed a job check. We cancelled because the employees at IMZ didn’t consult us, and we knew more about NZ law changes than they did. Second, IMZ emails were blocked, and we asked ++++ to call several times and he was adamant to respond via emails. So much time had passed that the hiring company app**** on their own. 3. We would also like to emphasize that our team has invested considerable time and resources to deliver the services specified in our agreement, which amounts to over $10,000 in value (please refer to work done table in my email dated 16/10). However, only $5,400 has been received to date. Considering the review carried out as per the terms of your agreement, no refund should be forthcoming. In fact, we have carried out work that exceeds the fees paid and would rightly be entitled to request such fees. Our response: They claimed to have work 36 hours on our case. They only rep**** to our email queries. They did nothing. It doesn’t take 60 minutes to type a 4-line paragraph. This is what they claimed to have done: I strongly advise against using IMZ. You can read on the Google reviews so many clients have viewed this company as a ****. I am fully aware that IMZ may respond to my review and attempt to present examples of our experience. I will continue to provide additional documentation and evidence as necessary until they acknowledge their lack of professionalism and offer appropriate financial restitution. Despite my efforts to resolve this</div>
