Unprofessional and Rude Employees

We called in Impact Technologies Welkom in August to Book for First Aid Level 1 training, they told us that training starts on 16 October, on 10 October we called again to find out how to make payment and find out what time training commences only to be told no they don't offer level 1 anymore but they will be able to offer Level 3, Monday morning we have already taken leave for the week as we were told it takes a week,We get there they tell us no there are no classes for the training
