What an absolute pleasure it is to shop at Impala Fruit and Veg in Northcliff for the friendliest service, freshest fruits and vegetables at excellent prices. Frank and his team are so friendly and helpful that you won’t find better and friendlier service in any other retail business around – The same? Maybe – Better? No. Who would want to shop anywhere else?! Thank you Frank and staff for the absolute best shopping experience that I have become so accustomed to.

Impala Lifestyle Crossing Roodepoort. I would like to thank Pedro (Manager of Impala Florist) for his exceptional service and efforts I'm my flower purchase. Running an events company is a huge stress and sometimes can be frustrating but he pulled through and took so much stress of my shoulders. My order was fresh and ready up on arrival . I would have liked to thank him personally for is efforts in making one of my most productive days a breeze. He tolerated my madness and made me an extremely happy customer. Thank you Pedro and looking forward to more business adventures with Impala Lifestyle Crossing Roodepoort in the future ahead. #WIN

Freshes fruits and vegetables and top services. We are always welcomed by the cashier's with a warm smile and managers are always willing to help you find just what you are looking for . Always telling us what is in season and giving us samples to try . Their herbs are the freshest and smells amazing . Keep it us Impala Northcliffe

My favorite fruit and veggies store. Always fresh, always filled-up shelves. Good prices. In addition they sell some farm fresh diary and dry products. Also the best yogurts and ice cream you can find around Jozi.

Service above and beyond excellence.
Impala Fruit and Veg in Little Falls is amazing. The owner treats each customer as if they were his top priority, The staff are always friendly, always helpful, always ready to assist without attitude no matter how full or hectic the store is. The atmosphere is so vibrant one does not mind standing in a long queue that might delay you by quite awhile as the experience is always pleasant and he moves you out as fast as possible. Produce is always fresh and flowers always affordable. Kudos to an experience second to none and few and far between.

3rd Strike - Chased from store by co-owner
After two previous incidents where items where marked at one price and scanned as another, I have tried to avoid Impala Fruit & Flowers (Lifestyle Crossing).<br> <br> On Wednesday time constraints forced me to call on them as I needed flowers for a client's function.<br> <br> On my way to the checkout I noticed fresh stock being brought in, at which point I exchanged some of the flowers I initially took. <br> The new stock was on the floor with all the other stock and was not marked or separate. <br> <br> Heading to the counter I was confronted by Pedro (Co-owner), rudely demanding that I return the flowers as he claimed it was for an order. <br> His demeanor was agitated and animated, and resulted in his own employees reprimanding him on his unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. <br> <br> I refused to return the stock in view of the fact that it was on the main floor with the other stock, that his personnel sided with me and the previous incidents.<br> <br> One could still hear him shouting after having paid and leaving the store. <br> \I don't want to see you ever again
