At Ford claremont they messed up my car I took my car for repairs which they changed fuel injectors, they ended up damaging my car's engen, the is oil leaks between the fuel injectors and plugs, the oil smell is burnt smell, also the oil is going through the plugs directly into the engen.

The are full of lies, they once promised me that if I get them a client they'll give me a commission. After I brought the client and her application was approved they then requested my bank statement by a Thabethe salesman but after they gave me a run around. I will never ever do any dealing with them. I even took back my Mazda coz it shows they are full of lies.

The are full of lies, they once promised me that if I get them a client they'll give me a commission. Definitely worth the visit. Was shopping around for a new car. Visited this branch to browse the new cars in the showroom and to get some literature. Had a very good experience from the time I walked into the branch. The staff and sales team are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all their products. I was informed about various options and prices. I was even told and given an about the servicing costs for different models and the extended warranty options for the vehicles. Worth the visit.

Good day I just want to commend Frederick Maritz working at the George Motus Ford WOW WOW WOW... Amazing customer service, he went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was repaired and up to standard, even helping with getting licensing sorted He really goes that extra mile and makes client feel that each individuals request is priority. I work in the customer service industry so I can see when someone makes the effort and puts clients first. well done!! About a week and a bit ago I took my Mazda 3 into Motus Mazda Germiston because my car could not start and had battery issues. I was told that it was my fuse box failed and as a result my battery was unable to charge. I also asked Andre (the person who assisted me) to tighten my cars handbrake as it was giving me issues - with proof. This is only about a 15 min job to do. My car was in from Thursday the 30th of Jan till Monday the 3rd of February. My car is still on warranty and I was told that I needed to pay the fuse box, which I believe I should not have. Then on Thursday the 6th of Feb, I was dropping of documents at one of my clients and my handbrake failed to work and my car rolled back into one of my clients car. My car now suffers around R25k , that I need to pay for- not the insurance, in damages and one of my clients car suffered more damages. All FROM A LACK OF DUE CARE FROM MOTUS MAZDA. Fortunately, no one got hurt as this could have easily been the case. I am deeply disappointing with the service I was provided, which is costing me money, because the people at mazda did not do what a customer asked to be done. I drive the car everyday, so I would know what needed fixing. I was planning on trading my car in for the CX-5 towards the end of this year, but definitely going to go other car brands such as VW, where I never had prior service issues. This lack of care could've been worse and I am disappointed in Mazda.
