IN 2 FLOORZ/ZAMA K FLOORING - SUBSTANDARD WORKMANSHIP AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

In 2 Floorz (Zama K Flooring) did some work for our company, East Rand Fire Extinguisher, in June 2018. I was assured the floor/screed would dry within a day or so. We made payment and they completed everything over a weekend. The screed started cracking in certain areas within a week or two. I contact Roy about this problem. They returned some weeks later to remove the screed in the cracked areas and cast new screed. It cracked in the same areas shortly afterwards again. I brought this to Roy's attention. He came out again and told me it's either a manufacturing/production glitch OR it's because the floor wasn't given enough time to cure but assured me he'd get it seen to. We agreed that he'd contact me with a date so that I could make sure the area was cleared of equipment etc. Many months went by without a word from Roy. Eventually he told me he was ill but would get this problem sorted. It's now February 2019 and I am still waiting to hear from In 2 Floorz. I've messaged Roy time and time again with no response. This is utterly unacceptable service, not to mention the floor is now starting to crumble in places. We paid good money. I will never recommend In 2 Floorz to anybody.
