Poor Packaging, Marketing & Customer Info.

Bought the "Raisin & Bran ****ins" mix a few days ago at a SPAR outlet. Having to dig into the DRY flour mix for the foil bag of raisins is not OK, nor hygienic... It's just messy and not user-friendly. :(

I want to send you a batch number, but the numbers on your packaging makes no sense at all! Thus, I I don't know how to inform you of what exactly?!?
