I joined Incentiv8 in 2019 and this year I'm supposed to recieving my graduate payout in a lump sum of R12 000 but they are now telling me that they will give me in installments of R1 880 for 6 months which was never an agreement. They decided on their own without informing me or asking me if that's what I want. how do they decide that with my money. please somebody help me, I'm graduating July and this money was supposed to come to my aid.

What a frustrating and incompetent company that deals with the allocation for the incentives that a sales consultant is supposed to get for upgrading and selling phones. My colleagues and I have been trying to get certain claims that we submitted processed and have been given the run around. We work hard and follow procedures and produce whatever is required in order to get paid according to the hard work we do. They are taking 3 weeks to process my claim and nobody is helpful at support. It's frustrating and humiliating to have to constantly beg to be helped with getting this matter resolved because it's sales that my colleagues and I work hard for. We just want to be paid what's due. I was recently told that the grace period has elapsed for my claim when I submitted everything two weeks ago... that company is absolutely useless and untrust worthy. I've had enough, I have to expose the inconveniences and dishonest. They say that they will call back and they don't. These people don't want to help.

Do not ever do business with this company. They have been running an incentive for Samsung and they have the most pathetic customer service I have EVER! experienced. The team leaders namely Amin Davids avoids every interaction with the customer and instructs his agents to lie and cover up for him. The customer service agents do not return calls, emails and they do not have knowledge of their own products. ( I have been trying for over a month to resolve a promotion with them and Amin Davids avoids calls and do not return calls. NOT A SINGLE CALL!) I have never come across leaders who lie, who are dishonest and a customer service agent who is rude, aggressive and bluntly tells you that there is nothing they can do for you. Never ever let this company run any of your incentives, if they failed Samsung South Africa who are you? I am sending

Since 23 January I have been told that someone will get hold of me to confirm booking Today I get told they can’t assist as the campaign closed in November 2019 Does anyone there not what is going on?

What a nightmare dealing with Incentiv who are running the Samsung Buy and Get promo. They are the most unhelpful people with specific reference to Amin Davis and Chantal Pitcher. Please do not buy any Samsung Buy and Get promo item because redeeming the vouchers will be cumbersome and a nightmare! I repeat DO NOT BUY! I will not go into the details of the service I received from the two people?????????. Samsung says they do not run the promo and Incentiv runs the promo so false advertising as well.

I purchased a Samsung Vodacom Contract that promised a Flight Center voucher of R5000.00 and that was supposed to be SMS'd to me. I never received the SMS. After Two month I went back to the store and they informed me its not their problem and called a Samsung guy. The Samsung Guy said its not his problem and so emailed some promotion guy. Some promotion guy phoned me and told me its not his problem but the store's/my problem and said he would send me an email stating that. The promo guy who phoned me did not send the email, and didn't phone me to do a follow up if I received the email and didn't really seem interested in helping me. (Poor service, I am the one inconvenienced here) Basically he explained that I ("my fault") should have collected the voucher before the 6th of February (this was not communicated to me by anyone and the SMS was suppose to have been sent not "collected") even though the voucher is valid for a year. He then continued to say that it's the store's (where I purchased the contract) responsibility to make sure I got the voucher number. So basically I am getting the run around from everyone since the store told me it's not their problem and he says its not his. I will opened this complaint against Vodacom, Samsung, Flight Center and Incentiv. Poor service and coordination among these partners. (Centurion Mall Vodacom Shop))
