Incolabs goes above and beyond
I am a Sinusitis sufferer and I use Karvol capsules as decongestant. Recently I could not find any stock at pharmacies and retailers in my area. I called Incolabs Consumer Care Line yesterday afternoon and they delivered the Karvol to my door this morning. Wow! this is unprecedented service! I applaud Incolabs and their staff.

Milton Sterilizing Spray Spray Head
I have bought Milton Sterilizing Spray numerous times, but the actual spray head on the bottel never works. Always have to swop it out for another one. It's a great product, pls just use better quality containers.

Barely Lip-Ice in holder.
I bought Lip-Ice from a local shop and I have opened it and when I turned it all the way out there was barely any Lip-Ice in the holder. This is a total rip off as you pay for something you do not really get. I have taken a picture to send on. I am truly dissapointed as this is not the first time. I also could not find any customer complaints email address and their website is still under construction.

Barely Lip-Ice in holder.
I bought Lip-Ice from a local shop and I have opened it and when I turned it all the way out there was barely any Lip-Ice in the holder. This is a total rip off as you pay for something you do not really get. I have taken a picture to send on. I am truly dissapointed as this is not the first time. Everysun sunscreen lotion is Dangerous !
i used the Everysun sunscreen lotion , I put it on my face as I was going for a round of golf , boy was that a mistake ,it got into my eyes and it was agony as it burned like you cant believe! ,it was very dangerous as I had to drive to the golf club and on the highway there was no where to pull off! I could have had a car accident !. On the bottle it says water babies , but this stuff should go no where near a childs eyes !!! , the caution on the bottle it totally inadequate and such small type on the back ,this stuff is dangerous.

Grainy Lip-Ice
<p>This is not the first, second or even third time I am complaining about the same problem. I bought a Lip-Ice (Bubblegum) and the texture is very grainy. This is horrible and feels terrible on your lips. I am not sure what the issue is as i am possitive this is a manufaturing problem but it needs to be rectified. This problem has been on and off for years and still no solution?? I feel this is such a wase of money to buy a product that is sub-standard. Please advise.</p>

NO RESPONSE TO MY QUERY
ASKED MONICA ON MONDAY 16 NOV AND AGAIN TUES 17 NOV WHERE IN CAPE TOWN I COULD FIND STOCK OF 145ML JANE SEYMOUR WONDERSET UNSCENTED HAIRSRAY WHICH I NEED URGENTLY FOR MY TRIP.(THIS IS THE SMALLER VERSION FOR TRAVEL)<br> I GAVE HER MY EMAIL AND CELL NUMBER BUT AS YET BY WED 18 NOV SHE HAS NOT GOT BACK TO ME.<br> THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY!
