Zero communication after taking my money.
I placed an order and paid for it on 6 September. Now 10 days later on the 16th of September, I still do not have my order, but worst of all I have had no correspondence and no response to many emails and texts and phone calls.

Zero communication after taking my money.

Placed my order on Monday August 26th. First thing in the morning of August 28th my order arrived. What a lovely quality product. 👌🏻 Thank you Incredapeg for a pleasant , efficie t and seamless online shopping experience and for a great Proudly South African product. Even my very sceptical husband is well impressed ! Thank you.

Five star Incredible Pegs
I ordered during the Black Friday specials and received the pegs within a few days. Much quicker than the average delivery time because I am not in a main centre. This is my third order of these amazing pegs and I am now able to discard my tatty older pegs which IncredaPegs. A very happy customer 🤩

Incredapeg , great service , brilliant product
The most brilliant service I have received in years. Oh my word , they were fast efficient and the courier surprised me . Their communication was up to date and the product is brilliant I had been waiting for a good sale and when it happened I instantly purchased. Very very happy with my product.
